About San Andreas EMS
San Andreas Emergency Medical Services (SA EMS) has been providing pre-hospital emergency care to the citizens of San Andreas since 1952. Our organization operates a comprehensive network of hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services throughout Los Santos and Blaine County.
With over 500 dedicated medical professionals including paramedics, EMTs, nurses, and physicians, we respond to approximately 45,000 emergency calls annually. Our Level 1 Trauma Center at Central Los Santos Medical provides the highest level of surgical care for critically injured patients.
