About the BCSO
Primary law enforcement for Blaine County, including Sandy Shores, Grand Senora Desert, Grapeseed, and Paleto Bay. Operating from Sandy Shores HQ with substations in Davis, Grand Senora, and Paleto Bay.
The Blaine County Sheriff's Office is the primary law enforcement agency for Blaine County, covering over 200 square miles of desert, mountains, and rural communities. Our deputies are trained in desert operations, search and rescue, and community-oriented policing that fits our unique county.

BCSO North
Covering Grand Senora Desert, Grapeseed, and northern Blaine County. Focuses on rural patrol and agricultural communities.
BCSO South
Operating from the Davis substation, covering southern Blaine County approaches and coordinating with LSPD.
Search & Rescue
Desert and mountain search operations, missing persons, and wilderness emergency response.
Patrol Division
Day-to-day law enforcement, responding to calls for service, traffic enforcement, and community presence.
